In Stock Market the Golden rule for buying any stock is the price at which it is being bought and the rule is the value must be lesser than the intrinsic value with a margin of safety and only then it is a worth investing as per the rules of " VALUE INVESTING "

If we look at the Index and P/E of the various stock exchanges of the world economy as on 3.03.2017 as per the rules of VALUE INVESTING Russia , South Korea , China are the best destinations to invest ( not taking the other countries because of their slow economic growth )

Also countries like Mexico , India , Malaysia , Canada are growing but the stock market is over valued and not correct value and time to invest.
